Rob was so friendly, helpful, and efficient. I contacted him Thursday for a vehicle and he had me driving home in my brand new vehicle on Monday. The weather driving to Plattsburgh was TERRIBLE and he patiently waited for us to arrive even though it was getting closer to closing. Jesse Ralph and the finance team was amazing! Would highly recommend him to anyone. We were in need of a vehicle that day and they came through for us. We have good enough credit to make it easier for them to make happen, so that also helped the process run smoothly. They had the vehicle we found on the website right on the lot. We looked at a couple others we found once we got there, but the original option was what we drove home. They didn't move on the price or make any repairs. As a former salesman, I know what it takes to do their job, so he deserved to make a few dollars on the sale. We didn't trade our old vehicle either so it was a fast process overall. The Chevy Cruze will be a great vehicle for us, thank you for all that you do!

Went for service (A17) and was informed I still had a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. While checking to see what was needed, I was told there was a recall, which I had totally forgotten about. When I asked how long it would take to do all the work, I was told it might take up to two hours, but an hour later I was informed all the work had been completed. Very happy with the time it took, although the waiting area is nice, especially with the complimentary water and snacks.
The initial service was very good. The sales person was suppose to work on a better deal on a Passport for me. I provided information he asked for and I asked for more money on my trade. However, I never heard back from him. Very disappointing!
